Sumptuous feast or simple fare, Joyce understands that you eat first with your eyes. As a former commercial photographer for ten years, she developed her artistic sensibility and appreciation for detail. She then spent another decade working at restaurants, bakeries and magazines, to perfect her technical skills and knowledge of the science behind the style. She enjoys working for various clients as an integral part of a team with the ability to meet deadlines, problem-solve and make suggestions as needed. In addition to styling, her current activities include recipe development/conceptualization and writing a cookbook.
